Yes. We serve most addresses within approximately a one-hour drive of Florence, including surrounding Pee Dee towns and rural communities. Contact us with the property address so we can check drive time and availability. Are estimates free? Estimates and walkthroughs are free anywhere inside Florence and up to a 15-minute drive outside Florence. Only addresses farther than that require a $25 estimate fee, payable in cash only. If hired, the $25 is applied toward your final cleaning price. Can I get a quote from the contact form? The form begins the conversation. Every quote requires a property walkthrough or preview before pricing is provided. What is the difference between deep cleaning and recurring cleaning? Deep cleaning provides the initial detailed clean. Continuous Care is our recurring maintenance option after that first Deep Clean. We discuss the appropriate suite and schedule at the walkthrough. Do you clean just one room, patios, or garages? No. We clean the entire interior living space of the home. We do not offer partial cleanings or clean patios, porches, decks, garages, or exterior areas. Do you offer same-day or urgent cleaning? Call 843-874-6243 to ask. Same-day or urgent cleaning without an advance appointment may be available for an additional fee, unless we are booked to capacity. A property walkthrough or preview is still required before any quote. Can you clean an empty home early in the morning or late at night? Empty move-in or move-out cleanings may be booked as early as 6am or as late as 9pm, subject to availability. Contact us to discuss your timing. Do you organize or shampoo carpets? No. We focus on cleaning. We do not organize, shampoo carpets, or offer tile and grout services. How should I prepare for the walkthrough? Share the address, approximate home size, property condition, whether it will be empty, and your preferred timing. Disclose pest activity and animal waste before an appointment is considered. Extreme Cleaning requires pest-control documentation; active infestations, their aftermath, and animal waste cleanup are excluded. Can someone clean my house today? Do you offer emergency cleaning? Call 843-874-6243 to ask about same-day, urgent, or emergency house cleaning. We will do all we can to accommodate you unless booked to capacity. An additional fee applies. A property walkthrough or preview is required before a quote, and our usual cleaning exclusions apply. Do you offer commercial cleaning for a small office? We may consider a small office after discussing its size, condition, cleaning needs, location, and timing. Acceptance depends on the scope and availability; a walkthrough or preview is required before a flat-fee quote. How do I change my cleaning suite or schedule? Contact us before your appointment to discuss the change. Different suites require different amounts of time. We will review your request and availability with you. What payment methods are accepted? We do not accept checks. Please ask us about other payment arrangements when discussing your cleaning. Please discuss accepted payment arrangements with us before your appointment. The $25 estimate fee, when applicable, is cash only. I don’t like a team of maids in my home. Can you send just one? Yes. We no longer use a large team of maids for every cleaning. Most jobs receive one or two maids, unless the job calls for more. Tell us your preference when we discuss your home. Can I hire your maids directly? As noted within our Terms of Service, MAID In HIS Likeness, LLC requires clients to refrain from attempts at soliciting our staff to work for them directly. In fact, all maids sign a non-compete agreement upon hire, barring them from performing any services, either directly or indirectly, for any of our past, present or prospective clients, both during their recruitment/association with MIHL and for a period of three full years following their departure or dismissal. Should a client approach the Management of MAID In HIS Likeness, LLC directly and wish to retain us as a Domestic Placement Agency, we will gladly assist the client in the recruitment, vetting and training of a qualified house-keeper for a nominal fee of $1200. In the event attempts to circumvent this policy are discovered, MAID In HIS Likeness, LLC reserves the right to sue for damages to include the $1200 fee, plus attorney and court costs. Do you charge by the hour? No. We use flat-fee pricing. Your quote is determined after the required property walkthrough or preview. What constitutes an Extreme Cleaning? Any one of the following qualifies: evidence of rodent activity, insect infestation, or severe cleaning intensity rated 5 on a 1–5 scale. Pest-control documentation must be submitted before any Extreme Cleaning appointment is set. We do not work where flea, roach, or rodent activity is present, and we do not clean the aftermath of infestations. Do you clean up after animals? No. We do not clean up after animals or use our mops or vacuum cleaners in areas where insect or animal feces or animal urine have been present. Do I have to sign an ongoing cleaning contract? No. There are no ongoing cleaning contracts. What referral rewards are available? Earn $25 after a referred friend or family member names you as their referral and their cleaning is completed. Earn $50 for a neighbor’s cleaning scheduled on the same day as yours, after both cleanings are completed.
